2015 Annual Report
In our first year, we surpassed membership expectations 4-fold. We hosted live webinars and hosted both industry and vivarium tours. Our members provided valuable feedback focusing our 2016 direction to "Training" for all levels of a biomedical research organization. Our first Virtual White Belt Certification class was launched and we certified over 40 staff members who demonstrated their understanding of basic lean concepts.

2016 Annual Report
Based on the feedback from 2015, in 2016 the VOE-N launched an ambitious Training program that included the development of a "Learning Lab" for front-line staff and the "Leadership Academy" for managers and leaders. 3 committees were formed mid-year to assist with the development and evolution of the organization. A sell-out tour of the EATON corporation completed the interactive activities for the year in Charlott, NC.

Survey results have been recieved by both members and non-members on organizational needs and interests to advance a Continuous Improvement program.
