Opex AHC Lean belt certification

The OpEx "lean" belt certification focuses on engaging staff in the reduction and elimination of eight kinds of wastes using lean tools in an animal healthcare setting. First of its kind in our industry, each lean module engages the student by teaching proven improvement techniques using real animal healthcare examples. This experience helps students resonate with these important lean concepts with the goal of improving animal healthcare, making their work easier and improving the overall customer experience!
