Ability to enroll secondary users*

Primary Account Holders:
All institutional memberships have one Primary Account Holder, who establishes the initial institutional membership.  This person  will be the institutions main contact and will also receive billing notifications for your membership.

Secondary Account Holders:
Member organizations are provided with unlimited number of Secondary Account Holders with 24/7 access to the VOE-Network website, training, advice and activities.

Enrolling Secondary Account Holders:
The primary account holder has the ability to add unlimited additional institutional email addresses. Must be employed at the same location as the primary account holder. For assistance with adding secondary account holders, email  [email protected]
Once the email is registered under the institutional account the secondary account holder can navigate to the 'request password' page to request a temporary password and login to the account. 

All Secondary Account Holders must have a valid institutional email address for approval.
