About the Coffee Chat Series

Coffee Chats are informal, one-hour virtual conversations designed for animal healthcare operations and excellence professionals to connect, learn, and think out loud together. Each session features a focused topic relevant to the day-to-day realities of managing and improving animal healthcare teams and practices — facilitated by an expert or peer leader in the field.

Each session is approved for 1 hour of RACE continuing education credit in jurisdictions that recognize RACE approval.

About the Speaker

Jenn Brooks has worked in the lab animal field for 25 years and has leadership experience in academic, CRO and vendor segments of this industry. She has a Green Belt and an MBA, which served her well in her career trajectory.

She currently works for Inotiv as an IT Product Owner and as the Clerk for the VOEN! She loves seeing and helping coworkers excel and reach their full potential, plus helping people solve problems with efficiency built in.

​She lives in Indiana with her husband and has three grown children. In her spare time, she leads Bible studies, assists a sewing machine ministry (where donated sewing machines are restored and provided to those in need) and enjoys reading, puzzles, and cooking/baking.
